Refund policy
We don't accept returns. Here's why.
Everything at Caleboo is worn directly against your baby's skin. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returned items. What we do offer is something better: a full 30-day money back guarantee. If something is wrong with your order, we'll make it right.
What's covered
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent you the wrong thing entirely, reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll sort it out immediately. No hoops. No runaround.
Contact us at hello@caleboo.com with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll take it from there.
Refunds
Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank may take a few additional days to reflect the amount. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven't seen it, email us at hello@caleboo.com.
Sale items and gift cards
These are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
